Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Autohype (“Autohype”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a done-for-you music promotion software-as-a-service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Autohype automatically generates and posts short-form vertical videos (TikTok / Instagram / YouTube Shorts) promoting your uploaded music. We operate a dedicated social media channel on your behalf and post one video per day (or more on higher plans), using AI-generated creators and/or cinematic B-roll footage.

2. Account & eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Autohype.
  • You must own or have the right to distribute the music you upload. You retain full ownership of your music.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Autohype is offered as a monthly recurring subscription on three tiers: Solo ($97/month), Pro ($197/month), and Label ($497/month). Annual billing options are also available at a discount.

  • 7-day free trial: all new subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial. Your payment method is captured at signup but is not charged until the trial ends.
  • Auto-renewal: after the trial, your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
  • Cancellation: you may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Autohype to upload, post, or distribute content that:

  • Infringes intellectual property rights you do not own;
  • Contains illegal content, hate speech, harassment, sexual content involving minors, or violence;
  • Impersonates another person or misrepresents your identity in a way intended to deceive;
  • Violates the terms of TikTok, Instagram, or any other platform.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. AI-generated content

Autohype generates videos using AI talking-head avatars, AI-written scripts (via large language models), and licensed stock B-roll footage. You acknowledge that AI outputs can vary in quality. We do not guarantee a specific number of views, followers, or streams.

6. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the music you upload. By using Autohype you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and use your music solely to provide the service (generate videos, post them, run analytics). We retain ownership of the Autohype platform, our codebase, and the AI avatars we deploy.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Autohype is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee viral success or any specific outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. On termination, your data is retained for 30 days then deleted (you can request immediate deletion by emailing us).

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Significant changes will be emailed to you at least 14 days before they take effect.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
