Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Autohype. Here is how cancellations and refunds work.

7-day free trial

Every new subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. Your payment method is captured at signup but we do not charge you until day 7. If you cancel before day 7 — for any reason — you are not charged a single cent.

Cancellation

  • You can cancel anytime from your dashboard, with a single click.
  • When you cancel during a paid month, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. Then it stops renewing.
  • We do not automatically refund the unused portion of the current billing period (see exceptions below).

30-day money-back guarantee

If after 30 consecutive days of daily posting your channel has received fewer than 1,000 cumulative views across all videos we generated, we will refund 100% of that month — no questions asked. Email hello@autohype.ai with your account email and the channel URL.

Refunds for technical failure

If our service fails to deliver on a paid feature — for example, no videos are generated for >7 consecutive days due to an issue on our side — you may request a pro-rated refund. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

Refunds we do not offer

  • Refunds requested after day 30 of a billing period (other than via the money-back guarantee above);
  • Refunds when the underlying issue is on the platform side (TikTok or Instagram suspends your account, for example);
  • Refunds when you violated our Terms of Service (e.g., uploaded music you did not own).

Annual plans

If you paid for an annual plan, you may request a pro-rated refund of unused months within 60 days of purchase. After 60 days, annual plans are non-refundable but you can cancel future auto-renewals at any time.

How to request a refund

Email hello@autohype.ai from the address tied to your account, with:

  • Your account email,
  • The order/invoice number,
  • Brief reason for the refund.

Approved refunds are processed via our payment provider (Paddle / Stripe). The money typically lands back on your card within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
